So long as we are available - we have been known to fit same day.  Recently a call was received at 8am by a gentleman in Hospital, the lift was fitted same day enabling him to come home that evening  We will always look to fit your needs appreciating that existing bookings and commitments receive priority.

Our most popular installation is a Reconditioned Brooks Acorn 120 Slimline Stairlifts which are fully fitted on straight track from £995.  We have a supply of upgraded models which can be installed at cost relative to the model. All installations come with a 12 month warranty and we can service on an annual basis at a very competitive rate.

Once the stairlift is no longer needed, we would be happy to discuss its removal. Environmental responsibility is central to our business, so we always aim to recycle, reuse, or dispose of all parts in the most ethical and sustainable way possible.

As with any essential electrical equipment in your home, we recommend an annual service to ensure continued safety and reliable performance. With proper care, a stairlift can provide many years of dependable use, and we’re here to help you make the most of your investment.

Whether through a home visit or simply by reviewing a few measurements or photos, we can advise on the safest way to adapt your home while helping you maintain your independence.

Our installed Stairlifts are battery operated recharging when stationed at the top or bottom of the stairs. They run on a low voltage charge system which simply needs to plug into a standard wall socket.  Since we are fully qualified electricians should one not be located within a few metres, we can assist by installing a designated power supply if needed. 

If you only need a stairlift for a short period during recovery, or would like to try one before making a longer-term decision, we offer a competitively priced rental option. All of our rental stairlifts are standard reconditioned Brooks Acorn Slimline models.
As standard, an initial installation charge applies, along with a monthly rental agreement.

Over the years, we have helped many people who have tried to move, adjust, or relocate their stairlifts themselves—often without success. While we are unable to provide a warranty for a stairlift you already own, we may still be able to assist with relocating it.

A successful relocation is often possible, but it depends on a range of factors—not just the stairlift model, but also the layout and measurements of both properties involved.

Stairlifts Wales are based in South Wales, near Cardiff.  We generally operate around an hours travel in all directions so as far west as Swansea,as far east as Chepstow and the Forest of Dean and as far north as Merthyr Tydfil, this is to be fair to the customer for response times and to us so we can accommodate however we sometimes travel a little further when purchasing Brooks Acorn slimline stairlifts.

No, we specialise in Brooks Acorn slimline straight stairlifts as we feel they are one of the best makes of stairlift out there and are trained up and experienced in these plus we carry all spares needed to keep your Brooks Acorn stairlift running smoothly,we do not carry any other make of spares so would be unable to cater to other makes

Yes we occasionally buy Brooks Acorn slimline straight stairlifts ,we prefer that they are still installed not only so we can see them working and check condition but they are easier for us if we remove ourselves as can be damaged easily.

We do not buy any other makes or models as we have no use for them but can remove if required there is normally a charge for this please enquire
